DESIGN SPECIFICATION

本项目位于苏州石湖湾景区旁的的独栋别墅，建筑面积370㎡，地上两层再加一个地下室，总共3层且带庭院及入户花园。设计师以光感、美感、通透的空间感来提升家居生活品质，让业主一家人在现代风格调大宅中感受四季更迭，花开花落，自由生长~

/ 庭院 /

环境共融，自然归真。庭院里多为女主人悉心照料的绿植，无形之间便能拥抱一种在自然中生活的理想状态，让活力得以激活、生活意趣得以萌生。

Environment harmony, natural return. The green plants in the courtyard, which are taken care of by the hostess, can embrace an ideal state of living in nature, which can activate vitality and generate interest in life.

/ 客厅 /

完全打开的形式冲淡了空间的分区感受，客厅与餐厅的界限也变得模糊。大理石、木饰面、墙布等不同材质的填充，赋予空间动态多元，质感与氛围十足。

The completely open form diluted the zoning feeling of the space, and the boundary between the living room and dining room became blurred. The filling of marble, wood veneer, wall cloth and other different materials gives the space dynamic diversity, texture and atmosphere full.

客厅开阔的落地玻璃移门吸收别墅庭院自然之景，光与影穿梭在房间内，营造一幅充满生机的宛转悠扬姿态。电视内嵌在枪黑色的不锈钢壁龛中，与中花白岩板齐平，摒弃复杂的造型。

The wide-open floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door in the living room absorbs the natural scenery of the villa courtyard, and the light and shadow shuttle through the room, creating a melodious gesture full of vitality. The TV is embedded in a gun-black stainless-steel alcove, flush with mid-and-white rock panels, and ditches the intricate styling.

白色石材与玻璃扶手造型的楼梯，盘旋而上，节奏感十足；抽象装饰画让平平无奇的楼梯拐角也成为亮点。隐藏在木格栅中的卫生间暗门，让空间更具有整体性。

White stone and glass handrails shaped staircase, spiral up, full of rhythm; Abstract decorative paintings make even the most mundane stair corners a highlight. The secret door of the toilet hidden in the wooden grille makes the space more integrated.

/ 餐厅 /

冰箱放置在西厨，节省中厨空间同时不影响料理动线。吧台也可以作为用餐功能，更多时候满足一家人料理互动，皮质板凳搭配岩板吧台，为空间提升暖意。

The refrigerator is placed in the western kitchen, which saves the space of the Chinese kitchen and does not affect the cooking line. The bar can also serve as a dining function to satisfy the family's cooking interaction more often. The leather bench is matched with the rock bar to enhance the warmth of the space.

/ 厨房 /

纳藏烟火气的厨房，从日常生活角度展开空间叙事。以西厨+中厨组合的方式，与吧台一体，构成三厨房的配置。

The kitchen, which contains fireworks gas, unfolds the space narrative from the perspective of daily life. The combination of western kitchen and Chinese kitchen, integrated with the bar, constitutes the configuration of three kitchens.

/ 主卧 /

米色硬包在半高造型的暖色木材的映衬，让空间柔和宁静，传递平实单纯的温暖质感。点、线、面的穿插，让空间层次有度。

The cream-colored hard package is set off by the warm-colored wood in the half-height shape, making the space soft and quiet, conveying the plain and simple warm texture. Points, lines, planes interspersed, so that the level of space degree.

左侧衣柜采用了低反射的玻璃充当柜门，大大减弱了空间的压抑感。卫生间台上盆设计，满足功能同时更加舒适高级。

The left wardrobe uses low reflection glass as a cabinet door, greatly reducing the sense of oppression of the space. Toilet table basin design, meet the function and more comfortable and advanced.

/ 卧室一 /

不规则的弧形曲线造型营造出灵动的空间氛围，地台床拥有更大的空间舒适感。绿色墙布清新脱俗，充满生机。

The irregular curved shape creates a flexible space atmosphere, and the floor bed has a greater sense of space comfort. Green wall cloth fresh and refined, full of vitality.

/ 卧室二 /

卧室蓝色墙布营造舒适、放松的入眠环境，高级质感的床品搭配，在触觉中感知日常生活里的细腻。

The blue wall cloth of the bedroom creates a comfortable and relaxed sleeping environment, and the combination of the high-quality bed products can feel the delicacy of daily life in the sense of touch.

/ 书房 /

书桌没有选择定制的，而选择用成品的书桌是更加方便业主根据自己的需要随意摆放。借着纱窗透进来的柔和光线，让阅读学习的氛围更加舒适。

The desk is not customized, but the finished desk is more convenient for the owner to place according to their own needs. The soft light through the screen window makes the atmosphere of reading and learning more comfortable.

/ 卫生间 /

卫生间通过瓷砖的纹理略微区别将墙地面区分，深浅搭配增加空间的多样性。功能一字型排开，使用更方便。

Bathroom through the texture of ceramic tile slightly different wall ground differentiation, depth and shallow collocation to increase the diversity of space. The functions are arranged in a font for easier use.

/ 楼梯间 /

地下空间作为娱乐休闲空间，几何线条的装饰画给空间增添趣味性，大面积的储物柜用于收纳，使空间干净整洁。

The underground space is used for entertainment and leisure. Decorative paintings of geometric lines add interest to the space. Large storage cabinets are used for storage, making the space clean and tidy.

/ 休闲区 /

将室外的光照引入地下室，营造出了独特的光影视觉美感。布局以通透宽敞为基准，通过简洁淡雅的笔触叙写划分出影音室、休闲区、活动区等多个功能区。

The outdoor light is introduced into the basement, creating a unique visual beauty of light and shadow. The layout is transparent and spacious as the basis, through simple and elegant writing to divide the video room, leisure area, activity area and other functional areas.
