DESIGN SPECIFICATION

本案坐落于苏州工业园区独墅湖旁，是一栋面积约300平方的联排别墅，地上三层，地下两层。别墅空间最大的优点就是贴近自然，可以不受室内外的约束，享受家的每一个角落。设计师注重室内的视觉空间感、生活的便捷性、为每位家人居住的舒适性是设计规划的初衷和原则。

| 客厅 |

Living Room

客餐厅区域吊顶磁吸轨道灯带，四周内嵌筒灯组合照明，无主灯的设计让空间更加简洁大方。一整面储物电视柜，增加储物功能的同时，凸显木质独有的立体感。

The ceiling magnetic track light belt of the guest restaurant area, the combination lighting of the downlights embedded around, and the design of no main lights make the space more simple and generous. A whole side of the storage TV cabinet, increase the storage function at the same time, highlighting the unique three-dimensional sense of wood.

空间追求简洁温馨的基调，由点线面构成。转角的L形沙发搭配休闲单椅，灰色大理石茶几增加空间精致感。

The space pursues a simple and warm tone, composed of points, lines and surfaces. The L-shaped sofa in the corner is matched with a casual single chair, and the grey marble coffee table adds a sense of sophistication to the space.

| 餐厅 |

Dining Room

餐桌台圆润的边角设计，可以减少日常走动时的磕碰，餐桌上方的吊灯造型简约别致， 靠墙处定制一排餐边柜，放置咖啡机等设备，充当小水吧台。

The rounded corner design of the table can reduce the bump during daily walking, the chandelier above the table is simple and chic, and a row of table side cabinets are customized against the wall to place coffee machines and other equipment to serve as a small water bar.

嵌入式冰箱，一门到顶的柜体，充满小巧思的设计，让空间干净整洁，既大气又高级，丰富空间层次感。

Kitchen

U字型的台面设计，动线流畅到位，地砖与墙面采用瓷砖通铺，耐用易打理。冰箱外置后，让厨房内部的活动空间更大。

Bed Room

功能上睡眠区与办公区合理区分，既是储物空间，同时也是一个小型的办公空间，非常实用。卧室取静，目光所及之处，皆是不扰人的色彩，还原生活最简单的样子。

蓝色石材粗犷的基底，纹理变化的奇特，塑造优雅大气的空间氛围，让卫生间与众不同，独具特色。

Master  Bedroom

空间整体色调以米色为主，奶咖色的床头和床头柜搭配护墙板背景墙，配上脚感舒服的木地板，让卧室看上去舒适又温馨。木格栅点缀其中，和谐中带着一点不规整，更具格调。

衣帽间采用U字型的布局，以首饰台为中心，回字形动线。一门到顶的柜门，让衣物的收纳更有条理。

Bathroom

卫生间采用哑光米色的墙地砖，搭配白色大理石台面，柔和舒适中高级感拉满。

| 洗衣区 |

Laundry area

洗衣区设置在楼梯的一侧，空间利用率十足。多台洗衣设备也能很好的放置，柜子内部收纳日化用品。

The laundry area is located on the side of the stairs, which is full of space utilization. Multiple laundry equipment can also be placed well, and daily chemical supplies can be stored inside the cabinet.

| 休闲区 |

Leisure Area

对地下空间进行合理的分配，一整面柜子作为未来品酒区的收纳空间；玄关让空间在功能上更好的过渡，长虹玻璃增加了空间的通透感。
