设计说明

DESIGN SPECIFICATION

本项目位于苏州市高新狮山区，是一栋三层的精致叠墅。业主重视生活品质，对生活区域划分和收纳功能有着高要求。设计师在功能上构建家空间的秩序感，生活自由而明确，让业主回家有如沐春风的温暖。

LIVING ROOM

采用LDK一体化的布局优化动线，来提升空间使用效率和家庭成员的互动率。大面积开窗的设计，为自然光源摄入提供渠道，营造温馨的居家氛围。

Use LDK integrated layout to optimize the moving line to improve the efficiency of space use. The design of large area opening window provides a channel for natural light intake and creates a warm home atmosphere.

电视柜以深色橡木为主，结合通透的玻璃展示。石膏板吊顶创造简约而优雅的空间效果，提升空间层次感。

The TV cabinet is mainly dark oak, combined with transparent glass display. Gypsum board ceiling to create a simple and elegant space effect, enhance the sense of space hierarchy.

DINING ROOM

多功能水吧台的设计，使餐厅成为家中最有人间烟火的角落。开合的三联动玻璃门，阻隔油烟的同时也起到视觉调和的作用。

The design of the water bar makes the restaurant the most lively corner in the family. The opening and closing glass doors can block the smoke and also play a role in visual harmony.

金属线条的吊灯，搭配黑色岩板餐桌，简约中带着优雅气质。实木的转角楼梯设计，温馨质朴。

Metal line chandelier, with black rock plate dining table, simple with elegant temperament. Solid wood corner staircase design, warm and simple.

KITCHEN

厨房采用U型布局，电器嵌入式橱柜的设计，将极简美学与实用理性诠释得淋漓尽致。

The kitchen adopts U-shaped layout and the design of electrical embedded cabinets, which interprets the minimalist aesthetics and practical rationality vividly.

BEDROOM

暖色调为平静的卧室注入温度，每个空间都拥有人性化储物设计，给生活多些容量。

The warm colors inject the living temperature into the calm space, and each space has a humanized storage design to give life more capacity.

| 卫生间 |

BATHROOM

洗漱台上设计镜面壁柜，起到空间延伸的视觉效果，也可提供日常洗漱收纳的便利，提升日常洗护的体验愉悦感。

The mirror wall cabinet is designed on the washing table to create a visual effect of space extension and enhance the pleasant experience of daily washing and care.

MASTER BEDROOM

主卧淡雅温馨，床头背景采用咖色饰面搭配深色橡木，增加空间层次感；一侧艺术吊灯，营造氛围感。

The master bedroom is elegant and warm, the bed background uses coffee color finish with dark oak, and one side of the art chandelier creates a sense of atmosphere.

| 衣帽间 |

CLOAKROOM

衣帽间采用透明玻璃门+实木门板，有藏有露，满足不同衣物的储物需求，方便业主使用。

Cloakroom adopts transparent glass door + solid wood door panel, with hidden dew, to meet the storage needs of different clothes, convenient for owners to use.

STUDY ROOM

L型台面满足双人同时使用书房的需求，整面的玻璃柜门展示业主收藏的手办，双面采光也让空间更为通透。

L-shaped countertops meet the needs of two people to use the study, and the entire glass cabinet door displays the owner's collection of hands.

卫生间四分离设计，双台盆柜+抽屉储物，物品分类放置，独立式浴缸维护方便，增添生活品质。

阁楼保留了原始的斜坡屋顶，利用空间充分做足储物功能，打造休闲娱乐的家庭场所。

The attic retains the original sloped roof, making full use of the space as a full storage function, creating a family place for leisure and entertainment.
